Listeners cannot win more than one prize PER HOUSEHOLD within 30 days.

Prize pick-up times: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm only.

Winner has ten days from date of winning to claim prize.

If prize is not claimed within this ten day period, winner forfeits prize. Winner must present a picture identification in order to claim prize. By signing this prize sheet, winner agrees to all terms and conditions of prize eligibility. If prize(s) are valued over $600 in one calendar year, the winner may be subject to tax liability.
